qAPESA´s organization rests on a select, permanent group of professional and administrative personnel, who promote the services of the firm, coordinate the execution of projects and provide logistical support, such as the editing and reproduction of technical reports, as well as the cost and financial control of daily undertakings.

q APESA´s projects are executed through the support of the associated group of consultants. This group is made up of the founding partners of the firm and a pool of experts in different specialized professions, all of whom have been active for many years in one or more of APESA´s undertakings.

q APESA makes a frequent use of its affiliate agreements with European, U.S. and Canadian firms to join in consortia agreements or  to obtain specialized services not readily available in the firm´s normal pool of experts
