Belize Development Feasibility Studies
APESA was charged with the field coordination of a number of feasibilty studies for the Ministry of Development: computerized land information system, wood manufacturing, shrimp farming, rattan plantation, harvesting of tropical fish, rice production to supply CARICOM countries.

Sustainable Development Program for Petén

Midterm Appraisal of the Agricultural Frontier Program.
A four year program that was finalizing efforts to incorporate farmers to forest management and sustainable, organic agriculture in Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama, contracted APESA to perform a final appraisal of results and possible projections of the program
