Sustainable Development Program for Petén
The Program consisted of four components: support for the management of the Maya Biosphere reserve, protection of cultural heritage and tourism development, sustainable management of natural resources and institutional strengthening. The components consisted of thirteen projects developed to the pre-feasibility phase.

Trinational Program for the Sustainable Development of the Upper Lempa River Watershed

Maya Biosphere Sustainable Development Program

Poverty Map Development for Belize
APESA developed a unique methodology using income data and a Quality of Life Index, based on housing quality surveys. The map was produced with on-hand training of Goverment personnel and included a total of 232 population centers. A specific map for Belize City was also produced
