technical capability in approaching differing work problems as experienced
on the job.
q
The founding members are the same persons who, over the years, have been
integrated into the Board of Directors and, although they may participated
as individual consultants in specific projects, their main role is to
decide on general policy and corporate development.
q
The consultant data base has a present registration of over 300 names and includes
CVs that have been received over the years and either used in proposals
that have not resulted in contracts or used successfully or not in executed
projects. It also includes the pertinent information of all Associate
